We had an agent through this office when we first moved to DeKalb. She put a lot of work into us, as we didn't know the area well and had trouble narrowing down neighborhoods etc. When we finally decided on a house, however, our negotiations were completely botched, between her and the selling office. We were given minimal advice in negotiations, and were told several outright lies caught immediately by our real estate attorney. Had it not been for our attorney and a good home inspector, we would have bought the house for more than $30K over what it sold for six months later. We switched offices immediately.
